Bill Todorof, Chairman, Project Organizer

Bill's previous experience includes 40+ published papers in journals and conference proceedings in the field of providing non-fossil fuel generated, clean electric energy from non-combustion related sources; that
is - clean energy from nature’s free and abundant resources, solar and wind. 

Bill has a Master's degree in industrial ceramics and mechanically related fabrication technology and has extensively studied the properties of molten and deposited silica for use in the development and production of semiconductor photovoltaic cells.  Bill’s principal area of pursuit during the last 34 years has been work on the technology contained in the Todorof Thin Film Multi-junction Semiconductor Solar Cell and development of high efficiency Photovoltaic Concentrators.

Bill holds four patents for Solar Cells and PV Concentrator Systems. All 38 patent claims applied for on the Todorof Solar Cell have been granted.  He has developed designs and working prototypes for 5 different PV Concentrator Systems.  You can see Bill’s impressive resume by

Alisa Alley, CEO

Alisa Alley is a Naval Officer, currently on inactive duty, with 30 years of military experience advancing to a rank of O6 Captain USN. Her current duty is as a Forensic Medical Doctor with the Navy. Captain Alley has served as a veteran in three wars. Dr. Alley has a family history in the natural gas industry in Mississippi. Dr. Alley brings her military training and front line leadership skills and experience tofocus the company in its execution of the marketing and sales of alternative and hybrid vehicles to major users and government customers. In addition to her fine qualities as a leader, her heritage allows the company to claim Native American, veteran, and woman ownership and management.
